Artist's Statement: "All of these works are unique original pieces done by hand on archival paper (RIVES, Arches or Lanaquarelle, 100% cotton from centuries of traditional fine art paper making mills in France). There are no digital, photographic, printing or reproductive processes involved in the making of these art pieces. This hypothesis is based on an observation by the late artist Francis Bacon that there is an emanation or presence that radiates from the surface of a work of art, a transmission of mystery that comes from the hands of the artist."

After Cal Arts, Sky went on to work on many commercial animation jobs, including special effects for “Altered States,” Directed by Ken Russell.
